01About these terms
These terms cover your use of the WishBest website and iPhone app, operated under the WishBest name. By using WishBest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support@wishbest.app.
You must be able to enter into these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you are a minor, use WishBest with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
02Making and sharing cards
You may use WishBest to create, save and share finished greeting-card images, including the artwork supplied within those designs, for personal greetings. You remain responsible for the words, names and other content you add and for having the rights or permissions needed to share them.
You retain your rights in your own content. WishBest does not take ownership of it. The app, branding, templates and source artwork remain the property of their respective owners. Permission to share a finished card does not grant permission to extract, resell or redistribute template libraries, standalone artwork or the WishBest brand.
03Use it with care
Do not use WishBest for unlawful content, harassment, fraud, impersonation, infringement of others’ rights or unsolicited bulk messaging. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or distribute harmful code through it.
Review a card before saving or sending it. You decide who receives it, and recipients may save or share their copy.
04Availability and your saved work
Features, designs and supported devices may change as WishBest develops. Preview and beta versions may contain errors or change before release. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every design fits every message.
Keep copies of cards you want to retain. Drafts stored on your device can be lost if the app or device data is removed; WishBest does not provide a cloud recovery service.
05Pricing and third-party services
The current version does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable conditions will be shown before you buy. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data.
Apple’s services, Photos, email and apps you choose for sharing are governed by their own terms. For an app obtained through Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless an applicable custom license is supplied.
06Privacy and optional analytics
Our Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle information. Agreeing to these terms does not grant consent to optional Google Analytics. You make that choice separately in the website’s .
07Your rights and our responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WishBest is provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise that it will always be error-free, available or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for how independent third-party services or recipients handle cards after you share them.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Applicable laws continue to govern your rights and any dispute; these terms do not require arbitration or waive those rights.
08Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will show the updated date and explain material changes on the website or in the app as appropriate. You may stop using WishBest at any time.
